Our Honorary Officers bring specialist knowledge, skills and experience across a wide range of areas that support the Foundation’s work. From administration, communications and graphic design to website development, membership, social media, conferences and dissemination, they provide valuable expertise that helps us connect with our members, share evidence-based knowledge and promote the Foundation’s mission across the wider equestrian community.

Amber Milliken

Hon. Website Development Officer

Amber leads the development of the BHF website, overseeing its structure, design and content, with particular focus on accessibility, usability and ensuring the site effectively supports the Foundation’s work.

Evie Berg

Hon. Membership Development Officer

Evie leads the Memberships project, organising events, developing newsletters and membership packages, with a focus on providing a varied programme of events for members.

Sophie Oliver

Hon. Social Media Officer

Sophie supports the BHF’s dissemination work through video editing, creating social media reels and preparing conference webinars for the new Knowledge Hub.

Erin O'Toole

Hon. Conference and Dissemination Officer

Erin is the Conference and Dissemination Officer for the British Horse Foundation, supporting conference planning, education content creation and the Foundation’s social media and dissemination.

Dr Emily Birch

Honorary Communication and Digital Design Officer

Emily brings her experience in graphic design, visual communication and marketing to the BHF, supporting the Foundation’s communications, design and dissemination of its work.

Celia Clarke

Hon. Administration Officer

Celia Clarke is an internationally recognised warmblood and sport horse judge, with extensive experience in grading, inspection and evaluation, and a significant contribution to British breeding.
