Collaborations
Working alongside The British Horse Foundation

British Equestrian
British Equestrian works on policy issues with the FEI to coordinate the British calendar of international events, disciplinary procedures and doping control, and oversees the training of British international judges, stewards, vets and course designers.

World Horse Welfare (WHW)
We believe that every horse matters. Not just in moments of crisis or distress, but every day.
It is this belief that drives our work to put the horse at the centre of how we think, care, act, ride and legislate for their welfare.

ARU Writtle
The ARU Writtle Equine team has a strong reputation for delivering high-quality equine degree programmes and supporting students to develop the practical skills, knowledge and experience needed for successful careers within the equine industry promoting relevance and employability.
Previous Collaborative Projects

The Pony Club
The British Horse Foundation was delighted to work in collaboration with the Pony Club and the Elise Pilkington charitable Foundation to offer a new Responsible Breeding Advanced Achievement Badge for C+ to A test members.

British Horse Society
The breeding challenge award, produced by the BHS with assistance from the BHF, brings together expert knowledge and advice to prepare you for breeding a foal from your mare. It is broken down into three easy to digest sections; the pregnant mare, foaling and what to do once your foal is on the ground. Whether you are considering breeding from your own mare or just want to find out more about breeding horses in general, these challenge awards are a great place to start
"In the long history of humankind those who learned to collaborate and improvise most effectively have prevailed"
